Property Management Pricing

Understanding the cost of property management services is crucial in making informed decisions about your real estate investments. At Integrity Realty Management, our pricing structure is designed to provide maximum value while catering to your unique needs.

Tenant Finder

With this offer, we offer to find you a tenant through advertising and our sphere of networks. Complete the background check and approve the tenant. Placing the tenant in the property with our lease and complete the check-in procedure. The property and tenant will be turned over to the landlord for any further services during the lease for the term. A landlord can be involved in the tenant approval process. The leasing fee is 100% of the first month’s rent.

Landlord Involved

Find and approve a tenant, collect rent and late payments, and post any notices violating the lease. We will be the contact person for repairs. We will contact the landlord about the repairs that are needed. The landlord would be responsible for setting up the repairs and paying all invoices. The landlord can turn over the repairs for the short term, such as a vacation. The landlord will receive a monthly distribution of rent in a report. We will provide a year-end statement along with a 1099 for taxes. The leasing fee is 100% of the first month’s rent. A renewal lease with the same tenant is $200.00 The monthly service fee is 8% based on the rent and an annual administration fee of $150.00.

Full Property Management

This is for the landlord that would like minimum involvement or no involvement: We handle finding a tenant, handle any situation that comes up with the tenant, and handle all repairs and expenses, including regular seasonal maintenance issues and insurance claims. We can also pay the Mortgage payment, HOA Fees, Taxes, and Insurance on the landlord’s behalf. The landlord will receive a distribution of rents, along with a monthly report of all activities on the property. We will also provide a year-end statement along with a 1099 for taxes. The leasing fee is 100% of the first month’s rent. A renewal lease with the same tenant is $200.00 The monthly service fee is 10% based on rent and an annual administration fee of $150.00.
